Stabilization of the rotation axis of satellites and spacecraft passive autobalancing

Work number - M 51 ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE

The author of Pirogov V.V. nominated for participation in the competition for the prize of the President of Ukraine for young scientists scientific and technical council of Kirovograd National Technical University.

The aim is to develop passive stabilization system axis of rotation of satellites and spacecraft passive autobalancing with solids.

Scientific novelty.

1. Are constructed flat and spatial theoretical mechanical model of satellite passive autobalancer.

2. An analogy in the pendulum, ball and liquid autobalancing at: elimination of large angles of nutation caused by inaccurate giving initial rotational bearing body; creating a residual nutation angle at the incorrect installation autobalancing (at a distance of the center of mass of the carrier body for greater boundary).

3. For planar and spatial mechanical theoretical models established that the satellite system can be passive autobalancer basic (which comes) and side (where the stabilization of the axis of rotation does not occur) movement.

4. For flat-theoretical mechanical model of satellite passive autobalancer found that the basic movements are stable, and the side – are unstable. For spatial theoretical mechanical model of satellite passive autobalancer found that the basic movements are stable under the condition that the passive autobalancer set to true (that is, the distance from the installation autobalancer center of mass does not exceed a certain limit value).

The practical and scientific value. The results can be realizovany on foreign and domestic enterprises that produce satellites, space vehicles. Research results can be used in their respective studies at the Institute of Mechanics Tymoshenko NAS of Ukraine, Kiev National university them Taras Shevchenko, Dnipropetrovsk National University and other research institutes of the respective profile.

Publications. The main results of research are published in 22 publications, which include 1 monograph, 15 articles, of which 4 articles in international transferable journals that are included in the database SCOPUS (overall index of citing works of the author - 3), 1 deposited work 5 reports in international scientific meetings. The results included in the final report of the state budget theme "Dynamics of rotating bodies to autobalancing", state registration № 0108U001326.
