The aim of the workis to propose a new, more reliable method for determining the size of blood loss in acute and massive haemorrhage of various etiopathogenesis and also to show the inefficiency of today's methods.

The inefficiency of the modern diagnostic base of acute and massive bleeding was determined by  theauthors based on these theoretical studies and experiments. A fundamentally new method that is consistent with modern requirements and is effective in all variants of causes and haemorrhage occurring at the all stages of treatment was proposed.

Was created: a scientific basisfor the study, diagnosis and treatment of acute and massive haemorrhage of various etiopathogenesis.

Formed:the basic conceptual principles of the role of the circulatory system of blood in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Proposed: a fundamentally new method of diagnosing of the size of blood loss in acute and massive haemorrhage that has no analogues in Ukraine and abroad.

Realized:An experimentally, clinically and statistically proved low efficiency of the modern diagnostic base.

Comparison with the world analogues of methods for Algor, Liebov, Moro and other hemoglobin and hematocrit from the physiological achievement.

Materials were introduced in the research work of the Department of General and Clinical Pathological Physiology of the Odessa National Medical University. 5 patents for utility model and invention were received.

Economic effect of implementation: reduction of expenses for treatment and diagnostics of ATO fighters and patients with haemorrhage.
