The purpose of work is development of a complex of resource-saving technologies and materials for the purpose of increase of stability of linings of converters and the steel-pouring of ladles.
Scientific novelty of work. Received further development of representation about technological aspects of operation and complex mechanisms of protection the periclase–carbon of fire-resistant linings of converters andsteel-pouring ladles.
It is for the first time set that in case of value of wear of a working layer of lining of a ladle of 60% of the original thickness of deformation of lining of the bottom will increase to 20 mm, in a zone of worn-out lining value of summary deformations increases by 6-8 times. In these conditions tension in a working layer of worn-out lining is equivalent makes 200-320 MPas in case of wear for 30% and more than 300 MPas in case of wear for 60%.
It is set that in case of the contents (FeO) more than 25% a wettability angle in case of the contents (MgO) - 6-7% less than 10 °, that is aren't enough (wettability practically isn't present). Lowering of the contents (FeO) carries to increase in an angle of wettability and with approximation to 5% an angle "reaches" to 90 °.
The practical significance of operation consists in creation of a complex of techniques of physical and mathematical simulation by means of which pacing factors in implementation of resource-saving technologies of maintenance of flameproof linings of steel-smelting aggregates are defined. It allows to be guided, first of all, on the domestic is production - a source of raw materials by development of new technologies and materials.
The recommendations offered in operation are implemented in the conditions of JSC Energomashspetsstal with reconstruction of a working layer of lining of a ladle by the multizone principle that allowed to increase stability of a ladle and to reduce prime cost of finished goods on 2,62 UAH/ton.
Executions of recommendations of authors of operation allowed to receive in the conditions of PAO "AMK" saving in the amount of 0,495 UAH on steel ton.
n the conditions of JSC MK Azovstal modes of additives of the developed fluxing agents - modifiers that allowed to cut summary expenditures the magniysoderzhashchikh of materials for 20% that corresponds to lowering of specific expenditures, respectively for 7,02 UAH/t are fulfilled.
Expected overall economic efficiency from implementation of the actions developed in operation makes about 30 million UAH annually.
The main scientific and practical results are published in 21 articles, and reflected in reports at the international, republican and branch conferences and symposiums. In the area of work 4 patents of Ukraine for the invention are taken out.
