Latest technologies of creation functional sprayed coatings, materials and methods of their connection in shipbuilding

The aim of the work is to develop the latest technologies for creating functional sprayed coatings, materials and methods of their connection to increase the reliability and durability of ship engineering parts.

The technological bases of formation of sprayed coatings with a complex of increased physical-mechanical and operational properties by electropulse action on heterophase high-temperature jet due to decease size and acceleration of dispersed phase particles are developed in the work. A new approach to improving the properties of deformed structural alloys and sprayed coatings due to the formation of a thermally stable polygonization substructure is scientifically substantiated and proposed, which is based on the theoretically and experimentally confirmed hypothesis of the creation of dislocation plexuses by additional deformation or the release of a new phase by artificial aging, which inhibits the processes of collective recrystallization. Based on the results of theoretical and experimental research, taking into account modern advances in materials science, the method of solder development is substantiated and solder and soldering technology of heat-resistant nickel alloys (HNA) of new generation ship gas turbine blades are developed. 0.91 and 0.89 of the strength of the parent metal.

The world novelty of developments is protected by 10 patents of Ukraine, 4 of which are for inventions. The research results were implemented in «Zorya-Mashproekt» (Mykolaiv), «Prometheus» Grain Trading Company LLC (Mykolaiv), «AGRO VOLIA» LLC (Kherson),» AMIKO DIGITAL» LLC (Mykolaiv), Advice You World GmbH (Ukraine), «SAKENA» LLC (Mykolaiv), «PLAZER» Research Center (Mykolaiv).

A number of new technologies have been developed jointly with scientific center of the People's Republic of China (Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang) with which joint research is conducted within treaties, international conferences.

Number of publications: 48 articles.
