The work aims to solve the problem of implementation and support of educational and cognitive activities of student youth in the scientific and educational format using a knowledge-oriented network-centric cognitive educational web platform (transdisciplinary knowledge cluster). For its implementation, interactive educational knowledge systems (thematic applications) are created, providing full disclosure of scientific education programs' provisions through verbal-active cognitive services. The services perform semantic analysis of the content of scientific and educational materials, their structuring, identification of criteria of scientific and educational content, evaluation of scientific and educational activities, aggregately display of relevant content of scientific and educational materials, and their intercontextual relations through the ontological interface, in the format of which the scenarios of educational and research activities and interaction are implemented.

The work defines the methodological, theoretical, and conceptual basis of scientific education. It also presents a transdisciplinary knowledge cluster of scientific education based on implementing a transdisciplinary paradigm of modern educational processes by cognitive services.

The scientific and educational format of students' activities in the environment of a transdisciplinary knowledge cluster ensures the formation of a stable conceptual system in their minds that can objectively reflect a scientific model of the world. Each thematic application, particularly the knowledge cluster on the study and research of historical and cultural heritage "Museum Planet" and the knowledge cluster on the research of the Earth's surface, implements the network-centric principle of interaction of all participants in the scientific and educational process. They promote intensive involvement of young people in scientific education, which is seen as a tool for developing critical thinking and skills of the 21st century. In particular, the transdisciplinary cluster's interactive knowledge systems, in which students study and research historical and cultural heritage, provide counteraction to information aggression by countries hostile to Ukraine, help students deeply understand the social architecture and driving forces of national and social conflicts.
