The objective of this research is to develop a conceptual framework for an inclusive social protection system for individuals affected by armed aggression against Ukraine, based on the principles of social justice, adaptability, and resilience.

This research examines the social reintegration of individuals affected by armed aggression against Ukraine, systematizing their classification, identifying key adaptation challenges, and proposing an inclusive social protection model that integrates psychosocial support, professional adaptation, and language training. It enhances social protection coordination, develops strategies to overcome adaptation barriers, and introduces modern rehabilitation methods, facilitating digitalization and adapting international reintegration practices to the Ukrainian context.
