The scientific work is devoted to solving the scientific problems of strategisation of the recovery the economic systems of the infrastructure sector of Ukraine in the conditions of military and post-war economic recovery of Ukraine. In solving the goal and objectives, Vovk O.M. obtained a series of scientific results, including
- conceptual provisions of the innovation and cognitive paradigm of economic systems modernisation, the methodological support for the formation the system of strategic vectors of potential realisation, the methodological basis for the application of innovative technologies and the system of imperatives for the modernisation of infrastructure sector enterprises, which takes into consideration the principles and patterns of crisis problems, and the methodological tools for strategicisation of the recovery of infrastructure sector enterprises and evaluation of its results in the profile of modernisation technologies of intellectualisation and digitalisation, competitiveness and economic efficiency;
- scientific approaches to the formalisation of the strategy mechanism based on the spatial and resource sustainability of the modernisation potential, subject-object communications and focus on the application of the innovation and cognitive development paradigm to substantiate the information and intellectualised transformation of the enterprise structure, and the methodological tools for choosing strategies for the recovery of enterprises have been improved.
The obtained economic indicators of spatial development, innovation activity, and the level of accumulation of modernisation potential, based on the author's methodological tools, reveal the determinants of activating modernisation vectors and allow to substantiate the project effectiveness of implementing strategies for the recovery of infrastructure sector enterprises.
Number of publications: 87, including: 5 monographs (including 1 single, 1 in a foreign edition), 2 textbooks, 9 articles in journals included in category "A" (including 8 foreign editions) and 28 articles in professional journals, 36 abstracts. The total number of citations to the author's publications/h-index for the work according to the databases is respectively: Web of Science 86/3, Scopus 49/3, Google Scholar 721/16. The author received 3 certificates of author's rights registration.
