The key scientific, technical and economical issues are studied in respect to the next generation telecommunication networks which embrace technological, organizational and regulatory aspects of advanced telecommunication technologies provision.

Enhanced methods of the telecommunication networks design introduced on the base of the new math models of information distribution systems along with original engineering techniques proved in certain telecommunication network projects of national significance.

The novel methodological and scientific tenets of high-performance technologies are proposed to build converged multimedia next generation networks, as well as prospective quantum technologies of information security and content filtering technologies for the modern telecommunication networks, which have been widely recognized in Ukraine and abroad.

The organizational and economical mechanisms provided considering the next generation network facilities deployment and the feasibility of various solutions estimation, along with the telecommunication services billing.

The proposed solutions for illegal user content protection have been introduced in more than 150 educational institutions of Ukraine and are recognized by the World Summit on the Information Society Forumas one of the most outstanding achievements in the world society communication.

The invented methods and computer aided design tools (just in the last 10 years) facilitated injections of more than 4 million UAH in special state budget fund to progress telecommunication networks of national significance with total value of more than 4,4 billion UAH. The implementation of the obtained hardware and software products in secondary schools resulted in annual revenue of more than 100 million UAH due to reduction of energy consumption and telecom channel leasing expenditures.

The scientific achievements of the authors are reflected in 14 monographs and more than 155 articles. The novelty and competitiveness of presented technical solutions is proven in 16 copyright certificates and 14 patents. The 3 doctoral and 8 candidate's dissertations have been submitted in related sphere. The work includes 10 refereed publications, 9 reference links to author’s publications (according to Scopus and Springer databases), the h-index is 1.
