The cycle of scientific labours consists of 17 scientific articles, published during 2011 - 2015 years.

Work purpose - to work out the system of complex improvement of Ukrainian dairy breeds gene pool for creation of cows herds of desirable type on the high-quality signs of the dairy productivity, by diseases and stress resistance.

This work is sent to combination of the informative and power going near determination of desirable type of agricultural animals. The analysis of genetic structure of domestic dairy breeds is first carried out after the polymorphic variants of thyroglobulin gene which associates with content protein in milk. New finding in relation to the structure of population of Ukrainian Red-and-White dairy, Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy and Ukrainian red dairy breeds at the alleles of   LEP and κ- Cn genes.  

The fundamental chart of estimation of resistance of agricultural animals, application of the complex going is worked out and approved near determination of a stress status and immunoreactiveness of animals organism. The method of selection of desirable genotypes of cattle is worked out in gene pool herds.

The methods of exposure and elimination are inculcated from the plant-breeding process of mutation of deficit of adhesive leucocytes at a cattle (BLAD).

The production it is offered to, with the purpose of increase of efficiency of breeding work in direction of increase of the suckling productivity  and resistance of domestic dairy breeds, to conduct testing of animals after the genetic markers of TG5, LEP, κ- Cn and indexes of heterospecific resistance. The production it is offered to, with the purpose of increase of efficiency breeding work in direction of improvement of high-quality milk characteristic and firmness to illnesses of domestic dairy breeds, to conduct testing of animals after the genetic markers of TG5, LEP, κ- Cn and indexes of heterospecific resistance.

For prevention of financial losses, to complete herds highly by resistance genotypes and to use sires only of testable in the presence of recession mutations.

The presented work is lighted up in 17 scientific works (9 articles in scientific professional editions, 8 theses of reportes, 1 request on an useful model registration № u 201507567) among them 3 publications in foreign edition.

A common amount of publications of authors is 28 scientific works.
