Annotation of work. The paper presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the problem of preventing drug dependence in military educational institutions.
As a result of the study, the factors that lead to narcosis are identified and specified: macro level - social crisis, loss of traditional ideals and values, economic difficulties, unemployment, moral and psychological crisis of the family, features of mass culture and youth subculture, in particular; on mezorovny - factors associated with destructive family relationships, negative influence of the immediate social environment; at the micro level individual and psychological peculiarities, in particular, the presence of character accentuations, etc.
It is found out that the basis of any dependence is the negative attitude towards oneself, the rejection of the surrounding world and people. There are contradictory thoughts about the sequence of occurrence and severity of psychotic disorders with drug addiction; while none of the available addiction models is quite satisfactory to explain the process of forming a chemical dependence.
The peculiarities of dependence were established: relatively fast drug addiction and formation of dependence syndrome, expressed changes in reactivity of the organism, psychological and social disadaptation. Drug-dependent peculiar psychopathology, autistic reactions, depression and suicidal manifestations; In persons with dependence, there are disorders of the neurotic spectrum, motivational, personality disorders, affective disorders and disorders of eating behavior.
Conceptualization of psychological prevention, the theoretical and methodological basis of which served as a systematic approach, made it possible to construct an author's program for the prevention of the use of psychoactive substances in military educational institutions. The achievement of this goal required the elaboration of the essence and content of prevention principles. Principles are described and the system of construction of psychological prevention of drug addiction is described. The main measures and technologies of the program of psychological prevention and treatment of drug addiction, due to the consistency, systemicity, and complexity of the application, can to a large extent achieve effective indicators in relation to this problem, a qualitative change in personality, and changes in the attitude of members of the families of servicemen.
