Series of scientific works consists of 17 scientific papers published during 6 years (2007-2012). In scientific studies, which are included in the series, theory of inducing charge, current and condensate in low-dimensional systems of Dirac fermions in an external field of topological defects was constructed. Exact analytical expressions for the electron density of states of graphene with different disclinations were obtained. The critical value of electron-electron coupling constant thatcorresponds to the excitonic condensation and gap generation is found.Taking into account additional four-fermion interaction we have foundcorresponding phase diagram and calculated critical indices of theexcitionic phase transition. In the case of external constant magneticfield the value of critical coupling constant goes to zero.The main characteristics of the self-consistent nonequilibrium fluctuations of two-dimensional electron gas in a dipole field of remote nanoparticlewere determined. We have found the local density of electronic states of two-dimensional fermionic systems  (with  various dispersion laws) in the presence of the Aharonov- Bohm vortex and a uniform magnetic field.These results are important both for understanding the nature of new physics of low-dimensional systems in general and for practical use in further experimental studies.

 

The results of studies on the topic of the work are presented in 17 articles in academic journals, including 16 in international journals contained in the database SCOPUS. The total number of citations of the publications included in the series of works is 145 (according to the database SCOPUS). The total number of publications by N.D. Vlasii in scientific journals is 26, in conference materials is 6, the number of publications in scientific journals that are indexed in the database SCOPUS is 21, the total number of citations by the database SCOPUS - 54 , h-index=3. The total  number of publications by O.V. Gamayun in scientific journals is 12, in electronic preprints - 1, the number of publications in scientific journals that are indexed in the database SCOPUS is 12 , the total number of citations by the database SCOPUS is 114 , h-index=5. The total number of publications by S.M. Kukhtaruk in scientific journals is 5, in conference materials – 8, in electronic preprints – 2, the total number of publications in scientific journals that are indexed in the database SCOPUS is 4, total number of citations by the database SCOPUS is 2 , h-index=1.The total number of publications by A.O. Slobodeniuk in scientific journals is 7, 6 of them are indexed in the database SCOPUS, total number of citations by the database SCOPUS  is 7 , h-index=2.
