Psychotherapy in somatic medicine

The aim of the work is to create a system of psychotherapeutic and medical-psychological accompaniment of somatic patients based on the study of psychosomatic and somatopsychic ratios.

On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies, the authors determined the mechanisms for the formation of mental disorders in somatic diseases. A perennial basic study of somatic patients has been carried out, and on the basis of this, a system of psychotherapeutic, medical and psychological support of these patients has been formed.

A system of level stratification of the pathogenetic mechanism of the formation of mental sphere disorders in somatic patients has been created.

The basic conceptual foundations of the system of psychotherapeutic and medical-psychological support of patients with somatic diseases have been formed, which contains psychodiagnostic, psycho-educational, psychocorrectional, psychotherapeutic, evaluative components and a targeted orientation of impact.

Clinical qualimetric standardization and individualization of psychotherapeutic effects, as well as evaluation of effectiveness, are proposed.

The organization of the system of clinical psychotherapeutic monitoring of somatic patients has been implemented.

The concept of multimodal psychotherapy, which is fundamentally different from domestic and foreign analogues of the psychotherapeutic approach for somatic diseases, is presented. Developments are widely implemented in the practice of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions, in the curricula of higher educational medical institutions of education and postgraduate education in Ukraine. The system for evaluating the effectiveness of the system was carried out by calculating the coefficients of medical, social and economic efficiency and the integral index, which was 2.5.

Number of publications: 195, including 7 monographs, 5 textbooks (manuals), 131articles (32 - in foreign editions). According to the Google Shcolar database, the total number of links is 222, h-index (works) = 20. The novelty and competitiveness of technical solutions are protected by 7 patents.
