Aim of work : to research the historical, theoretical and methodological problems of forming and development of legal doctrine Ukraine, problems of improve men tits constitutional principles, content, administrative, financial, international legal, information, civil, family, housing, labor, international private law, thorough analysis of current issues development of commercial, agricultural, land, environmental law of Ukraine, identify in the most acute problems of modern criminal law, criminology, criminal procedure, judicial law, penal law and criminalities.

Scientific noveltyof edition is predetermined by that first in national scientific thought at the five-volume collective monograph, based on the achievements of world theory and legal thought, national legal doctrine of Ukraine is researched as a kind of legal research that uses a specific method that that consists in systematic, analytical and evaluative explanation substantive content of law, characteristics, problems and contradictions of individual branches of national law are analyzed in detail, the prospects and the main directions of further development of legal doctrine of Ukraine are determined.

Practical significanceof monographic research consists in that the formulated conclusions and suggestions are used for development of projects of legal acts. Thus, new knowledge and positions covered in the annotation, found expression in the projects of laws "On Prosecutor’s office", "On State Bureau of Investigation," "On Preventing and Combating Corruption", "On Higher Education", "Scientific and technical activity", "On certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff", "On the prohibition of selective justice", "On Administrative Services", "On International Commercial Conciliation", "On property relations in an apartment building", "On the Technopolis P'yatyhatky", "On forensic activities", "Scientific and technical expertise", "Code of Judicial Ethics" and the draft Labour Code of Ukraine, Nuclear Code of Ukraine and Innovation Code of Ukraine, and so on.

In addition, results of a monographic research found their practical implementation in many expert opinions, comments and suggestions developed by order of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine and other central and local government.

The results of scientific research are widely used in educational activities (in particular, it was prepared and published a textbook on "Labor Law", practical "Workshop on criminalities", scientific-practice comment of the Criminal Procedure Code, etc.), used by scientists, teachers, graduate students, students of higher educational establishments, practical workers and wide whole of public readers. The results of scientific activities were also used to improve the practical legal experience, particularly for law enforcement officers issued a scientific and practical guide "Guide for investigators", and for people's deputies of Ukraine – "Handbook for People's Deputies of Ukraine: constitutional review and the official interpretation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine".

Scientific results are reflected in 76 monographs, more than 500 articles, 32 encyclopedias, dictionaries and reference books, 28 scientific and practical commentary to the legislation, 84 textbooks and manuals. The eight copyright certificates and the 8 patents on inventions were received. The 9 doctoral and 9 master’s dissertations were defended on this subject.
