In the science paper presents the theoretical generalization and a new solution of a scientific problem consists in development of a scientific substantiation of innovative technologies for strengthening of students’health in the physical education on the basis of application of interactive and differentiated learning technologies.
The researchaims to scientifically substantiate and develop innovative technologies of strengthening of students’health in the physical education depending on their motivation, conditions of training activities and organization of physical education at the higher educational institution.
Scientific noveltyof the obtained results:
- for the first time developed and justified innovative technology of strengthening of students’health on the basis of a comprehensive approach with the use of interactive and differentiated instruction, which include the formation of a stable need for employment by physical exercises, the use of multiple forms, means and methods during the classes, student-oriented approach to the formation of theoretical knowledge in physical education;
- for the first time for the formation of knowledge system in the discipline «Physical education» is scientifically justified the use of «cognitive pauses» with the use of interactive technology and differentiated education in the process of training sessions;
- first developed conditions of interaction the participants of educational process with use of innovative technologies for strengthening of students` health in the system of physical education on the basis of interactive and differentiated instruction;
- complemented by information on the peculiarities of motivation and interests, physical status, the motor activity of students of higher educational institutions.
The practical significanceof the research lies in the introduction of innovative technologies of strengthening of students` health, which contribute to improving their health and personality in the educational, social, professional and public activities. The obtained scientific data can be used in the process of physical education of students.
Scientific results of the work were reflected in the 8 articles. Total number of publications of this author - 13. The total number of citations - 2.
