Theaimofthepaperistoestablishtheoreticalbackgroundandprovidepracticalrecommendationsonforensic support of crime investigation.

Onthebasisoftheoreticalresearchandpracticalexperimentsauthorhasdefined: thecontentofforensicsupportofcrimeinvestigationinaccordancewithtechnical, tactical andmethodologicalforensiccomponents; thecontentofcrimeinvestigation (investigativeactions) inaccordancewithcriminal, procedural, ethical, psychologicalandtacticalcomponents; legalregulationofcrimeinvestigation (nationalandinternationallegislation); mechanism of cooperation between Ukrainian pre-trial investigation agencies and foreign law enforcement and international organizations aimed at presenting solutions for international cooperation challenges arising in the crime investigation process; forensic characteristics of international crimes and investigation methodology.

Offerspresentedtoimprovethecriminalprocedurelegislation; recommendations for law enforcement; methodological support of training process.

Practicalimplementation: improvementofcriminalprocedurelegislation; publicationofsixpositivereviewsinspecializedlegalperiodicals; developmentandincorporation of new subjects in NAIA training programs and improvement of current ones.

ComparisonwiththeworldanaloguesstipulatesadaptationandharmonizationofUkrainianlegislativeactsregulatingforensicsupportofcrimeinvestigationwithbestforeignpractices.

Resultsareintroducedinresearch, legislative, practical activity and training programs(18 acts of introduction). 

Еconomiceffectofintroductioninpracticallawenforcementactivityimproved activity management, reasonable and effective use of available resources (technical, human).

Amountofpublications – 161, including: 3 monographs, 2 manuals, 3 textbooks,  1 courseoflectures, 58 scientificarticles,publishedinspecializedperiodicals, 16 scientificarticles,publishedin encyclopedias, 13 scientificarticles,publishedininternational specializedperiodicals. Accordingto«GoogleScholar» thetotalamountofpublicationsreferredtoYuliiaChornouscomprises143units, total amount of the series papers’ quotations –143, h-іndex = 5, 10-іndex = 3. Noveltyisverifiedby3 certificatesofauthorship. FivethesesinsupportofPhDinLawqualificationaredefended.
