The aim of the work is: the application of supercomputer technologies to determine the stability of systems, spatial data and infrastructure of electronic businesses

The authors, based on theoretical studies and experiments, determined the probability of a functional failure for different classes of systems, correlation relations between large masses of spatially-coordinated information.

The scientific foundations of accelerated modeling methods are developed for conducting a probabilistic analysis of the emergence of functional failure for real high-reliability technical systems.

The basic conceptual framework for using supercomputer as a "cloud" data warehouse is formed by providing the cheapest way of developing the infrastructure of electronic business as the basis for building e-government, e-economy, e-procurement, e-commerce.

The solution of the problem of creating a standardized model of qualified public key infrastructure is proposed.

The testing of the speed of operations of cartographic algebra is implemented on the example of analysis of sets of raster surfaces.
